Cash Discount and Payment Policy
It is the intention of Steury's Custom Trim to render to their customers full dollar value in products and service. In order to accomplish that objective, it is imperative that a clear understanding exists between Steury's Custom Trim and its customers as to how and when payments are due and payable.

• All sales except COD'S must be pre-approved by the credit department.

• Cash discounts are available for early payment.

• Job will be invoiced the day it is shipped.

• Accounts over 30 days from date of invoice will be assessed a 1'12% service charge.

• Any account over 60 days may not receive shipment on another job until the old account is paid.

Return Merchandise
No merchandise shall be returned without prior approval of Steury's Custom Trim. Products found to be defective by the manufacturer or damaged in shipment will be ex- changed or credited to the customer's account. Parts which have been modified in any way will not be approved for return. Items that have been custom made may not be returned. Excess material may be returned if it is in good condition and is a usable length.

Limited Warranty
 All woodwork is guaranteed to be of good material and workmanship and free from defects which render it un- serviceable for the use for which it was intended. Natural variation in the color or texture of wood are not considered to be defects. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH THE PURCHASER MAY HAVE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.

Exclusions Not following recommended handling, finishing and installation, including but not limited to the following:

• Storage of material in damp location.

• All material must be finished in a timely manner.

• Material should not be subjected to extreme heat or dryness.

Remedies
Should the material be proven to be defective in the allotted time, Steury's Custom Trim shall do the following:

• Repair at no charge.

• Replace at no charge.

• Refund the purchase price.

In no event shall Steury's Custom Trim pay for the cost of labor, installation or finishing of the replacement product, or for any other cause relating to the replacement of the product.
